Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within a generous timeframe.

Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, saleable condition: unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Get Authorisation: We will respond with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and specific instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Pack Securely: Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging, including all parts and documentation.
  4. Ship It Back: Ship the package to the address we provide using a trackable shipping service. We highly recommend this for your peace of mind.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item) or the product is defective. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

We strongly advise using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item and cannot process a refund until we do.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or we have made a mistake:

  • Light Bulbs: Due to their incredibly fragile nature and the high risk of damage during return shipping.
  • Bonsai Tools: These are specialised tools that require specific handling and cannot be resold once returned.

Additionally, any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.

Defective or Damaged Items
